Yes, we have two spaces that are recommended for private presentations. Both the CONFERENCE ROOM and the SECOND FLOOR DINING ROOM have 4 walls and doors that close.

CONFERENCE ROOM: 10-12 people
SECOND FLOOR DINING ROOM : 13-28 people

CONFERENCE ROOM: $100 plus tax and credit card processing fee

SECOND FLOOR DINING ROOM: $150 plus tax and credit card processing fee

Yes we allow AV at no additional cost.

The CONFERENCE ROOM is equipped with a Smart Tv, HDMI cable and remote.

The SECOND FLOOR DINING ROOM requires offsite AV, orgnaized by the speaker.

• IF CANCELED MORE THAN 7 DAY BEFORE BOOKING, ROOM RENTAL WILL BE REFUNDED

• FORFEIT ROOM RENTAL FEE IS CANCELED LESS THAN 7 DAYS BEFORE BOOKING.

• SAME DAY CANCELLATION IS SUBJECT TO UNMET MINIMUM OF $70 (PLUS TAX AND GRATUITY, COMES OUT TO $90 PER HEAD) FOR CONFIRMED NUMBER PROVIDED

7 days before the event the final headcount is due in writing and will be the basis for the unmet minimum charge.

If less than the confirmed number of people attend, each missing person will incur an UNMET MINIMUM of $70 plus gratuity and fees.

Yes, this can be emailed to the orgnaizer of the event after the dinner. If there is another contact for the receipts, that information must be communicated through email.

Yes, there is a brewery onsite. It is NOT visible when entering the building or in either PDR.

John Ryan Brewery is NOT associated with a five star hotel, casino, or other entertainment venue.

John Ryan Brewery does NOT offer live music, trivia or similar.

Most companies are not allowed to purchase alcohol during presentations. Please confirm the requirements for your company when booking with us and those rules will be honored.
